- The first President to be DIRECTLY responsible for Americans losing their jobs. This is a first in American politics...
-- The Obama Motors Corporation fires Chrysler dealers by June 9th. Not only are they losing their jobs by order of our Lord and Master, they are losing their investments in merchandise to keep their dealerships afloat while Obama was planning their disenfranchisement.

Item #2: Have You Seen All of the New Legislation: Neither has anyone else. But, Obama told us that the American people would have five days of public comment before he would sign any bills. What a guy (siiiigh).... So, have any of you had the opportunity to comment? Not likely, since Obama has signed all bills just one or two days after Congress has passed them. So, what's one more broken campaign promise from the Savior? LINK

Item #3: If Nevadans Vote for Harry Reid after THIS, They're Just Plain Stoopid:
Obama is going to hold a fundraiser in the city of...wait for it...wait for it...LAS VEGAS, NEVADA!!!. You know, the place that he told companies not to use for their own company functions; (but political fundraisers are okay).

Do as I, your Lord Almighty says, not as I do.

Since Obama's teleprompter told him to condemn Sin City as self-indulgent extravagance, 340 planned conventions and business meetings have been canceled; costing waitresses, dishwashers, bartenders, and cooks their share of $130 million. Many of those folks have since been laid off -- so who really suffered? Obama also refused to meet with the Governor of Nevada during this visit...pure arrogance? LINK.

Another Day, Another Obumble Tax Increase on the Middle Class

I just received a notice from my credit card company....

I was paying 0% interest on an introductory offer based on my very good credit score (thanks to my wife's financial acumen). But before that, I never paid more tha 9.9% on any credit card.
Now, after my introductory offer expires, I will be paying 17.9%. Why is that?

If you have been following the Obumble Administration's inability to refrain from attacking Capitalism, you'll know he called for a "reining in" of the eeeviiiil credit card companies. He started his demagogic dissembling during the campaign, and credit card rates began to rise after he won the DumbasCrap nomination.
Those who have a credit card know how eeeeviiiilll credit card companies really are.

Credit card companies make you spend more money than you have...Then, when you can't pay back your obscene spending, they actually penalize you by raising your rate.
Pure Evil! Why would these evil people try to recoup money from people who don't pay their bills? What right do they have to expect you to pay your bills on time!?! Damn them!

So anyway, a bill passed the Senate and then the House (nice job on that Coburn amendment by the way) that "reins in" those eeevviiiill companies.
And so, seeing that high risk, no bill-paying scumbags are going to be pandered to by Obama, they are raising rates on everyone.

Your rate will increase as soon as your current card expires. Get ready for another Obama tax increase. Looks like the $13 a week tax cut is being absorbed while you aren't paying attention. More for ciggies, $1300 more for your new car, now more in credit card rates...
Are we really heading in the right direction?

But you know, just like the cigarette tax hike, Obama will simply blow it off by saying "people CHOOSE to use credit cards."

I sat through the Obama speech this morning and as a former military counter terrorism fighter, was enraged by dishonest misrepresentation and back-pedaling by our President.

He knows most of you are uninformed because you had no access to intelligence reports. That is not your fault. It only becomes you fault when you uncritically accept the craven "Blame America First" mantra of a man who now says that military tribunals are fine and there are some terrorists who will be held indefinitely.
Perhaps you should write to Mr. Obama and ask him to build a Supermax prison in Washington, D.C. if he really wants to keep those people locked up.

Another Rookie Policy Mistake -- this time trade, next time war?

When?

I hate to say "I told ya' so" and so I won't. But, I will remind folks that in Item #2 of Week 16 of the Obama Chronicles (below) I pointed to weak employment numbers and how the TROTUS tried to offset them up by hiring short-term federal workers.
Today, the Washington Times uncovered the futility of the Messianic Machinations and reported our higher unemployment numbers -- 637,000 new applications for unemployment in the week ending May 9th.

Next comes Joey "the Dentures" Biden trying to tell you that the stimulus is wunnerful and creatin' tons a new three letter words - j-o-b-s. I looked at THIS LINK and immediately asked one question -- "How does he know?"
It's Joey's designated duty to brief us on the stimulus using www.recovery.gov.
Guess what -- recovery.gov ain't working yet. But we can still get facts from bls.gov. It shows the economy has lost many more jobs than Biden insists we saved using the stimulus.
Also, the number created claimed (150,000 jobs over 77 days) is exactly half of what we need to stabilize the unemployment rate. Statistically, we need 150,000 jobs per month to break even. Joey then promised us the stimulus is kicking in and will created 600,000 jobs in the next 100 days.
Again -- so what? In 100 days we will need to have created 885,000 jobs to catch up to pre-stimulus unemployment levels. Those 750,00 jobs promised by Joey will cost over $1 million PER JOB. Two hundred days into the stimulus and we're paying $1 million PER JOB?!? WTF?

Even though Biden is our designated briefer, he seems to have forgotten to tell us this little tidbit -- stimulus checks have been mailed out to 8,000 - 10,000 DEAD PEOPLE.

Biden, Obama, et al., are the people we trust to waste 1.5 Trillion this year and to reinvent our health care system; the same people who can't run a website and then mail checks to dead people...greaaaaAAAaaaaat!!!

Now that the liberal media has begun to do their job and told us about the incompetence in the White House, when will rank and file liberals actually hold Obama accountable?

Item #1: Blame Bush, Blame Bush!: The biggest news during Obama's 16th week of being "large and in charge" is about the biggest deficit in the history of the United States of America.
Of course, Peter Orszag, White House Budget Director, immediately resorted to the Official Obama Mantra™ "BLAME BUSH!" And of course, we all know Obama's spending of $787 Billion in failed "porkulus" and $410B to cover 8,500 earmarks has absolutely nothing to do with the deficit - does it? Are you people actually buying this crap? Really? Not even the libtards at MSNBC believe that. Does anyone else still not see through this charlatan? He spends like a drunken Republican, and then wants to Blame Bush for creating his own HUGE deficit...what a poser! The CBO estimate was right (pictured) and Obama was wrong...again!

Item #2: The Stimulus Ain't Stimulatin': On 6 May I posted the CBO benchmark for successful stimulus spending on the top left corner of this blog. But, I don't even need to keep track of those benchmark stats because Obama just admitted his stimulus isn't working. By the standards set forth in THIS DOCUMENT, the stimulus is already far behind where we should be in recovery. Perhaps to try to hide their failure, the administration hired 72,000 more gummint employees; 66,000 for the census alone. And so, while the MSM dutifully reported a "drop" in new unemployment filings to 539,000, the real number of unemployed in April was 611,000 when subtracting these temporary gummint workers.
Was there an intent to deceive by your Messiah? Liberals would be calling to impeach Bush had he done this. Of course, they'd call for impeaching Bush if he farted in public. Let's Blame Bush for this failure, too.

Item #3: Run! Obama's Coming!!! When Obama and Rattner fired the CEO of General Motors (Rick Wagoner), they took ownership of GM. When Obama threw our money at GM, he said it was for the good of company and the country.
Now, the new CEO, Fritz Henderson, may preempt the TROTUS's moves to also fire him by shutting the doors to GM in Detroit and moving the company. In fact, he may sell off U.S. plants on the way out. Way to go, Messiah. First you wasted our money on Chrysler, and soon GM will be "tits up", too. Batting a thousand there, eh Spanky?

Item #4: Bombs Away, Just Don't Torture Them! This LINK shows two things:
1) That Obama is serious about killing terrorists, and
2) Obama is serous about killing pesky civilians. In fact, The Messiah would rather kill civilians than "harshly interrogate" terrorists. In case your name is FERD and you didn't click the link, it says,

"In a blunt rebuff of the Afghan president, President Barack Obama's national security adviser said Sunday the United States would not end airstrikes in Afghanistan even though they are blamed in the deaths of hundreds of civilians during the war."

Item #5: Laid Off? Join the Obama Revolutionary Change: As mentioned earlier, when unemployment rises, just hire more people in the federal gummint. In fact, if you're struggling to start your own business, you're a sucker! The average pay for Obama gummint jobs is $75 G's. But don't take my word; read the CBS Blog.
Just a wee little problem with this though. Since gummint doesn't actually produce anything of value, who's paying for these jobs?
- That's right, the sucker struggling to start his or her own business.

Item #6: How's That Stimulus Helping the States? It ain't. This is the second great failure of the Obama Administration -- but you don't see much coverage about it. While Obama is hiring FEDERAL gummint workers, STATE gummints are increasing their layoffs.
That vaunted stimulus package only created a false sense of comfort and a short respite for state deficits. Even though the stimulus is offsetting short term layoffs, long term problems are not addressed by the short-term thinking democrats. Read what Missouri lawmakers have realized is the best use for stimulus money. It's quite obvious that bigger gummint is not the answer to any pertinent economic question.

Item #7: Hey, Those Are My Voters There, Buddy: While Obama has spent a great deal to hire more census takers, he has also cut $400M from the State Criminal Alien Assistance Program (SCAPP). This program is used to help states cover the costs of jailing illegal immigrants (cuz they're criminals, in case that isn't clear to some). Coincidence?
As Senators both Obama and Clinton complained that the Bush administration short changing their local gummints:

"Each year, the SCAAP program is underfunded," Clinton said in 2006 comments urging support for her amendment. She cited a 2005 Government Accountability Office study that found local governments get only 25 percent of their costs reimbursed through the program."Throughout our country and in my state, there are counties and municipalities that are covering the costs of dealing with education, healthcare, and law enforcement without adequate or any federal reimbursement," Clinton said. "So we have left our local and state governments to fend for themselves. They should not be left to bear these costs alone because it is not they who are making federal immigration policy."

Whahappen? Why is it suddenly okay to short change states for incarcerating criminals? Maybe because they vote DumbasCrap?
I hope Arizona, Caleefornia, and Texas all sue the feds to reinstate this money.

NOTHING'S OBVIOUS UNTIL IT'S STATED

I know that the conservative readers of the web have a strong grasp of facts and can logically anticipate the unintended (or intended) consequences of liberal policies.
However, I'm not entirely sure that the Swooning Hordes of Obamadroids actually see what is going to occur over the next two years.
Let me edify them...

Obama has proposed a 24% increase in the federal budget. Due to lower economic activity, that 24% is going to create a $1.8 Trillion dollar deficit (note to libs: federal deficits are measured annually; federal debt is an aggregated total).

Obama will fool the willing by announcing (using his heavenly hosts) that he is actually cutting $17 BILLION dollars from the budget. That's right - a whole $17 Billion -- out of the $700 BILLION that he's adding to our budget in a single year.

This rhetorical slight of hand will confuse liberals -- those who use emotion rather than logic -- because they want to belieeeeeeve. Almost as one, they will cry out:

Look, our Master is attacking the unclean pork and Pharisaic Lobbyists who have corrupted the once pure swamp of our Holy City -- the land from whence all good things come -- Washington, D.C. Praise be to the Glorious Leader. And he did this all while cutting the taxes of the poor. Hail him...swear fealty...bow down...ooooohhhhhmmmm

But Obama's plan is to spend money to create new entitlements. The health care entitlement will cause employers to stop offering health care as a benefit -- afterall, the gummint will be providing it by then.

With your newly enhanced dependence on the gummint, Obama will suddenly announce that he is unable to meet the economic growth goals that would have reduced future deficits and so, unfortunately, he has to raise taxes on many more Americans. But "don't worry", (he assures you) you no longer have to buy health care so you won't need as much money.

By this time, challengers on the Republican side will be campaigning. With unemployment still above 7%, the challengers will say "I told ya' so" and push for tax cuts to generate more jobs. But, because of the enormous Obama deficits, the Messiah will restate his lies that tax cuts don't help the economy - and the sheeple will "baaaaa"; rejecting the heathens of capitalism.

In fact, the Obamatrons will claim that tax cuts are un-American because it will threaten their newly acquired health care "right" . Faith in the Church of Gummint and in the sacrament of free health care will be sacrosanct.

So, you will soon see Obama creating enormous deficits to "give" you health care. Then, when he tells you that he MUST raise taxes to keep that health care flowing, to feed starving senior citizens, and to ensure all puppies have clean drinking water...remember that this is the time that your dependence on gummint began.

DANGER WILL ROBINSON, DANGER! DOUCHE BAG APPROACHING!! DANGER!! DANGER!!

I've taken a fancy to watching the show "WHALE WARS" and despite the patronizing and demagogic commercials about military sonar and polar bears, the show is both riveting and hilarious. Even though this series first aired last year, this is the first time I've seen it.

The funniest part of the show is watching a group of hippies trying to emulate military discipline and operational precision while sailing on an oversize dingy. There are slapstick injuries from the crew's ineptitude and empty triumphs when they get to throw stink bombs at the Japanese whaling fleet. That'll show those Japs-- stink bombs, baby!!

I was enjoying the show, until this.....(DOUCHE BAG ALERT!!! DOUCHE BAG ALERT!!!)











The self-appointed Captain of das boot, Captain Paul Watson makes the claim that the Japanese SHOT HIM while his crew feverishly launched stink bombs at the whaling boats.
Here's how it went down...

Paul Watson clutches his chest while showing a slight bit if consternation. He peels back his black shirt to reveal a white BULLET PROOF VEST (a little bell should be sounding in your head about now), with a little hole right over THE HEART (another ringy dingy in your noggin?).

Watson stumbles to the bridge and has his doctor dig into the vest. Sure enough they find a mushroomed slug. It looks to be a .38 caliber round. The slug apparently hit THE BADGE worn

My, my, how lucky is Paul Watson?
1. He's providently wearing a bullet proof vest (that no one else is), and
2. Happens to be shot in the BADGE, which is coincidentally protecting his bleeding HEART!!! Wow!
3. This occurs while two ships are rolling over the ocean waves at 15 knots. Lucky he didn't get it in the head or the pee-pee, eh?
4. Finally, he's fortunate that the bullet DIDN'T EVEN LEAVE A BRUISE!

As a former law enforcement specialist I have been trained on the use of bullet proof vests, have worn one for many years, and understand the capabilities of these vests.
The first thing you learn about the vest is that it may stop the bullet, but it will leave a hell of a bruise, and a great deal of pain. You must be ready to counter the pain and fight through it.
The lack of significant pain and bruising on Paul Watson's man boobs is the most pertinent part of this story; and, this part leads me to believe....

Paul Watson is a liar!

I was cheering on the Sea Shepherds until this moment in time.

Additional evidence showed that, other than the bruising, no one heard a shot (which would sound much different than the anti-hippie flash-bangs used by the Japanese ), and no one saw a gunman.

I'll bet Mr Watson (pictured here from a previous photo) thought he was getting quite the PR coup, wouldn't you say?

Instead, he just proved himself to be another immoral liberal douche bag who will do anything to get his way.

I'll still watch, but now I'll be cheering for the Japanese to cull whales in accordance with international law, and hope a flash-bang rattles the skull of Mr Watson. Perhaps that will knock some sense into him.

Week 15 - How Obama Is Turning into Bush (except with even more spending)

We are entering Week 16 of the Obama-nation and so we recount the highlights of Obama's 15th week as President Teleprompter Reader of the United States.

This task is getting really easy since Obama is simply continuing many of President GW Bush's policies:

Item#1: Umm..uhhh...well...uhhh...I guess military tribunals are okay: The Rookie's administration has finally figured out that war is not law enforcement. Those captured on the battlefield must be subjected to MILITARY TRIBUNALS -- a process decried by candidate Obama.
I guess Obama finally figured out that no one captured on a battlefield was ever read their Miranda rights, and so, cannot be tried in a civilian court. Duuhhhh.
(psst...It actually took him 15 weeks to figure this out and the Germans aren't happy about this LINK. )

Item #2: Remember when Obama told his Cabinet to cut $100M?: $100Million taken out of an assload of money, is still an assload of our money being wasted. Here, watch...





Item #3: Well, 100 Billion is sorta Like 2.1 Billion: President Obama's Magic Teleprompter™ told him during the campaign that by tracking the Evil Corporate Tax Trolls (you know, those companies who operate in a foreign country and don't want to have to pay taxes in two different countries), he could recapture $100 billion per year. These companies currently pay tax for the country in which they operate and U.S. taxes after deducting the foreign countries tax.
Today, the President outlined his Grand Tax Recapture Plan and he plans to recapture $2.1 Billion per year!
...$2.1 billion?!?!
...What happened to $100 billion?!?!
...Oh yeah, that was during a campaign. Those numbers don't count anymore.
So, now these companies will have a choice. If they want to operate in foreign countries they can either:
(A) Pay taxes in two countries, including a country with the second highest corporate tax rate in the world (the U.S.), or,
(B) They can relocate their companies to the actual country in which they do business, pay less tax, and hire locals who will work for less..., or,
(C) Companies can move to a third country, such as Ireland, and set up their parent companies while paying lower taxes.
Net results if they move: U.S. ex-patriate managers will lose their jobs and the U.S. will not capture ANY taxes (as opposed to the 2.3% we capture now).

The funniest part of this story is that Obama believes companies don't pay enough tax...perhaps he should look in his cabinet if he wants to track down those vile little tax cheats.

Item #4: Gimme Back Yo' Money, Beeotches: You know that miniscule little tax rebate you see in your paycheck...well, you may have to pay it back. The new IRS tax tables may result in you getting too much back in your paychecks, meaning you will OWE MONEY TO OBAMA at the end of the year-- LINK. Yes, that's right, you will have to pay back your own money to the gummint because they are too inept to write a tax table that doesn't give you excessive rebate money. Confused? This is how gummint works folks.

Get used to it - you voted for more.

Item #5: The First Flu Fatality: Did you know that the first person to die from Swine Flu was a woman who had full government provided health care?
In fact, she went to several private clinics and was diagnosed with a variety of illnesses from April 4th until April 12th (when she died). Yes, this was in Mexico, and you're probably thinking "Mexican medical care is not close to American health care. We would have diagnosed the flu immediately."
And, of course, that's the point. While you might ethnocentrically dismiss Mexican health care, what are the odds that clinic after clinic could not diagnose this illness? Perhaps it's not that they couldn't, simply that they didn't pay enough attention. Socialized health care removes some of the market incentives for always doing well in whatever your vocation.
Welcome to Obama Care -- if you let him implement it.

Item #6: The Wonderful Wizard of Economics: In case you didn't hear, Obama has declared the economy is getting better....uh, except that the economy shrunk by 6.1% in the first three months of this year?!?!

I think the Magic Teleprompter™ told Barack to say the economy was improving. Maybe the Magic Teleprompter™ realizes that downplaying the economy wasn't working. Combined with the last three months of last year, this is the worst economy since the 1950's. Yes, Barry is carrying on in GW's footsteps.

Item #7: Following in the Savior's Footsteps: "Mahmood I'm a Dinner Jacket", the Iranian President, must have been converted by the Obama diplomatic charm.
As part of his new Presidential campaign (Iranians vote June 12th), Mahmood is using the slogan "Yes We Can" (pictured below) in an attempt to be reelected as President.
I'll bet he wins, too. No one can seemingly resist that slogan.






Item #8: Hey, Who Took My Plane?: Please read this article: LINK.
Are you finished? Okay, now can any libtards tell me that Barack Obama didn't know that Air Force One was unavailable during the time it was flying over NYC? If he didn't know where that aircraft was, he's an inept boob.

One of the most disturbing parts of this inanity is that the Obama administration THREATENED the NYC police, the FBI, the NYC Mayor, EVEN THE SECRET SERVICE if they leaked information on a memo that said they knew it would cause "public concern". And that brings us to this:

Item#9: Mussolini, Tito, Franco, Pinochet, and Obama: A high-ranking lawyer representing hedge funds (Thomas Lauria) claims the Obama administration THREATENED HIS CLIENT'S REPUTATION if they didn't do exactly as Obama told them regarding the Chrysler bankruptcy. While the White House is disputing this, we now have two instances of the same behavior in one week.

Who are you going to believe?

Jon Stewart has retracted the statement that led to this post, but the fact that he got caught up in an emotional argument rather than a logical debate shows his lack of depth. Read on and judge the rhetoric for yourself:

Don't be an idiot like this man...

Shallow thinking moralists like Jon Stewart cannot help but make fundamental errors of logic on a "Daily" basis. His latest error was the judging of past actions by today's ethical stances.

Specifically, this TV personality has decided that President Truman was a war criminal for dropping atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Yes, this TELEPROMPTER READER has made an ethical determination based on actions that occurred 60 years ago.

The script reader, who has obviously never read a history book, determined that nuking two Japanese cities was unneccessary. However, if this popular yet pompously lowbrow presenter had lived in the time of World War II, he would have known the determination and sense of honor of the Japanese. Mr Stewart would have understood that the Japanese would not have surrendered, would have prolonged the war, and would have led to many more deaths in the Pacific theater.

In fact, the Japanese DID NOT surrender, even after the bombing of Hiroshima. If Mr. Stewart Leibowitz, whose main contribution to comedy is his "mugging" for the camera, would have read the aforementioned history books, he would have known this.

Perhaps he would have preferred hundreds of thousands more casualties on both sides.
Yes, military geniuses like Stewart have so earned their sense of moral superiority compared to people who actually had to put their lives in harm's way or protect this country.

My friends, when considering the use of the military, please don't follow this idiot's example. Please try to understand the context of the action at the time. If you don't, you will be relegated to making similarly vapid moral pronouncements. By way of conclusive examples, perhaps Mr Stewart will brand Aztecs as deserving of being conquered because of their human sacrifices. Or perhaps, he should rethink the mystique of Che Guevara, who gave up being a physician in order to turn into a ruthless murderer - even executing those who disagreed with his philosophy.


I wonder which desk Mr. Stewart was hiding under on September 11, 2001...and if he was wearing his "Che" T-shirt.
